What does it do?

  • The 225-400 MHz tuneable bandpass filter adds to the isolation between separate antennas to enable multiple collocated radios to operate simultaneously in the 225-400 MHz range.
  • When a radio with built in guard is in receive mode, this dipexer enables the radio to receive at its main freqnecy and at the 243 MHz guard frequency simultaneously.

What is it?

  • Dual 2-port filter/multicoupler subsystem.
  • Filter tuning remotely controlled.
  • Includes  4 tunable bandpass 4-pole filters, 2 extremely-low-loss, 2-port impedance matching networks each with a low pass filter for harmonics suppression.

What does it do?

  • Combines two pairs of Tunable Filters, and connects each pair to one of two antenna ports. 
  • Produce maximum isolation when two channels in the ATC comms band (118-137 MHz) and two channels in the Maritime band (156-163 MHz) need to operate simultaneously. 
  • Alternately, two channels within the same band can be combined onto one antenna with moderate isolation when an adjacent channel separation (ACS) of at least 3 MHz is observed.

What is it?

  • Tunable bandpass 4-polefilter module that can plug into any of three mounts each with an impedance matching network and lowpass filter:
    • Single filter mount.
    • Two filter mount.
    • Four filter mount.
  • Filter tuning to 7,000frequencies from 225 to400 MHz, remotely controlled.
  • The filter module is not a stand-alone item and needs a mount with a built-in impedance matching network for operation.
  • A 3-port configuration is possible by plugging an Unused Port Termination (UPT) in place of a tuneable filter which equates to lower initial purchase cost + built-in growth.
  • Does not include Cross Tuning Prevention.

What does it do?

  • Enables up to 4 transceivers to operate simultaneously on 1 antenna in the 225-400 MHz range, in any combination of transmit/receive modes.
  • Accepts serial remote control to 7,000 frequencies per filter for filter tuning.
  • Reduces spares costs because the same part number filter module plugs into any of the 3 different mounts. For example, an aircraft can use a 1-port mount and a 2-port mount and a 3-port but use the same filter part number across all of the aircraft mounts.
  • This works especially well in aircraft where filters are needed for both flight deck radios and the mission radios but the flight deck must be separate than the mission systems.

What is it?

  • UHF Switched Output Multicoupler (USOM).
  • Configured as a dual 3-port filter/multicoupler subsystem with a direct output 4th filter .
  • Four tunable bandpass 3-pole filters.
  • Two extremely-low-loss, 3-port impedance matching networks with low pass filters for harmonics suppression.
  • 3 filters that can independently connect through either of the 2 3-port combiners, or bypass the combiners. 
  • 4th filter that can independently connect between different output connections.
  • Any or all of the 4 filters can be bypassed for operation in frequencies not in the filter’s UHF range.
  • Automated filter output switching termination.
  • Filter tuning and RF path switching remotely controlled.

What does it do?

  • Enables collocated multi-band radios to operate in different bands and modes simultaneously while also suppressing cosite interference.
  • Enables filtered operation in non-hopping UHF LOS or in UHF SATCOM.
  • Reduces antenna population by enabling up to 3 transceivers to operate simultaneously in transmit or receive modes on one antenna.  
  • Can be used stand-alone or as part of RFPinc’s ARC-233 Multi-Mode, Multi-Band RF Distribution System (M3B RFD).
